To help us process your request efficiently, please email all verification requests and take note of the following requirements:
  • A POPIA consent form, signed by the student/graduate, giving you/your organisation permission to access their personal/academic records/information held by Boston City Campus, must be attached to your email,
  • A copy of the student/graduate certificate and/or transcript must be attached to your email. (submit the document as a jpeg or pdf),
  • Include the student’s name and surname, the qualification studied/completed, transcript serial number and/or certificate serial number,
  • Please indicate the name, surname and contact details of the person receiving the verification email,
The Student Results and Records office will review your request and provide feedback as soon as possible.
