The Booking Agent Short Course at Boston City Campus gives you the essential skills used in travel sales and reservation offices across South Africa. It focuses on quick, practical training so you can assist travellers, process bookings and work confidently with industry systems.

You develop competence in fares, ticketing, travel documentation and standard operating procedures. You also build strong destination knowledge, understand global travel geography and learn to use booking software that the travel and tourism industry relies on every day. This short course gives you a solid foundation for entry level roles in travel agencies, tour companies or airline support teams.

* Formative Assessments are undertaken and the highest grade achieved in Formative Assessment is retained. The final grade is based on the Summative Assessment only. A maximum of one (1) additional supplementary assessment opportunity is provided for the Summative Assessment, which will be charged for.

**Learners are free to select an alternative system, for example Galileo but this is not taught at Boston. In this case the Learner must not register for the module Global Distribution System but must furnish proof of certification.
