“The Hotel and Catering Operations Short Course at Boston City Campus builds the essential skills you need to start working in the hospitality sector.
You learn the key operational tasks that drive daily service. This includes costing, basic food preparation, kitchen and service workflows, and safe industry practices. You also strengthen your computer literacy through Windows based applications used across hospitality workplaces. The three- month workplace training requirement ensures you graduate with real experience and job ready confidence.

* Formative Assessments are undertaken and the highest grade achieved in Formative Assessment is retained. The final grade is based on the Summative Assessment only. A maximum of one (1) additional supplementary assessment opportunity is provided for the Summative Assessment, which will be charged for.
** Please note that Learners must obtain experiential training (workplace experience) for a minimum of three months. The obligation to find a suitable experiential training workplace does not rest with Boston City Campus.
