Learners complete formative and summative assessments aligned to each module. Formative assessments support learning progression and skill development. Final results are based on summative assessment performance.

Learners may elect to sit for international CompTIA, DataX and Cisco certification examinations in addition to the Short Learning Programme requirements at Boston City Campus. Examination fees are excluded and charged at cost.

Certification requirements, module names, and examination codes are subject to change at the discretion of CompTIA and Cisco.

Depending on module selection and external certification pathways, learners may obtain internationally recognised credentials from CompTIA and Cisco.

Learners are encouraged to consider additional Short Learning Programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Networking, and related information technology fields to broaden their data science capability.
