Web Design and Development

Web Design and Development is a short course designed to build practical, industry-aligned skills in front-end web design and development.

Skills development focuses on creating structured, standards-based websites using HTML, CSS, databases, and core web development tools. Learners gain practical ability in layout, styling, and content presentation, while developing an understanding of how websites function across modern browsers and environments.

Progression pathways supported by this short learning programme include entry-level web development roles, further front-end development study, and preparation for internationally recognised web development certification.
