* Formative assessments are undertaken and the highest grade achieved is retained. A maximum of one (1) additional supplementary assessment opportunity is provided for the Summative Assessment, which will be charged for.

** The requirements for completing Cisco-supported modules, including hosting learning activities, assessments, and issuing completion certificates, are available on the Cisco Networking Academy platform.

Learners’ complete assessments aligned to each module, including learning activities and assessments required for Cisco-supported modules hosted on the Cisco Networking Academy platform.

Learners may elect to sit for selected international Cisco and Python certification examinations in addition to the Short Learning Programme requirements at Boston City Campus. Examination fees are excluded and charged at cost.

Certification requirements, module names, and exam codes are subject to change at the discretion of Cisco and the Programming Institute.

Available certification pathways may include:

  • Certified Support Technician Credential Certificate from Cisco (CCST-N: internationally recognised)
  • Certified DevNet Associate Credential Certificate from Cisco (DEVASC: internationally recognised)
  • Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer Certificate (PCEP: internationally recognised)

Learners are encouraged to consider complimantary Short Learning Programmes to strengthen their skills in automation, networking, cybersecurity, and industrial systems, and to support progression into advanced industrial automation, IoT, or engineering-focused learning pathways.
