Please include the following information for all academic records and results verification requests in your email:
- POPIA release form (A POPIA permission form, signed by the student/graduate giving you/your organisation permission to access their personal/academic records/information held by Boston City Campus, must be included with the request).
- Student's full name and surname
- Qualification Title
- Your name and contact details must be included in the email
- Transcript serial number and/or;
- Certificate serial number
Should you wish to have a document’s authenticity verified, please include a .jpeg or .pdf copy of the document for our office to review and consider.
We will review your request and provide feedback via email as soon as possible.
